Reopening Our Doors
We hope to find you well, and eagerly anticipating the return to normal life, just as we are. With the health of our staff, our clients and our community at the forefront of every decision, plans are now underway to reopen Diamond Palace and return to what we love doing the most.
At Diamond Palace, we have always prided ourselves on our unparalleled customer care and support. We know the importance of your purchase, and this is why meeting with you individually is an integral part of the service we provide.
Our Showroom & Store
With the government’s latest news, comes a preliminary date for shops like ours to reopen to the public in June. We’re following a cautious and staggered approach to our reopening. We are now taking appointment bookings from Wednesday 1st July onwards. Please call 0207 242 3015 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Should there be any changes to the plans outlined by the government that would impact our reopening date, we will of course keep you updated and reschedule appointments where needed
Operating with the utmost hygiene has become more important than ever, and we will remain vigilant. Along with a regular cleaning schedule, we encourage the hygiene of both clients and staff with hand sanitiser located throughout the showroom, and a bathroom to wash your hands with water and soap.
To ensure your safety, our store will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each visit. The jewellery presented by our consultants will also be cleaned in an ultrasonic machine.
We will run strictly by appointment only - to both help us prepare for each personal consultation, and avoid crowding or queueing within the showroom.
Monday - Friday: 10.30 - 17.30 (last appointment at 17.30)
Saturday: 10.30 - 17.30 (last appointment at 17.00)
