An update on our operations during the national restrictions
From the 4th January 2021 a new range of national restrictions come into force. This will mean some changes to our business and how we operate. Below you will find an FAQ with our most asked questions. If you do need any further advice, please contact us on email@example.com.
Will your stores be closed?
Our store will be closed from the 24th December 2020. Currently we plan to re-open Mid February 2021 once the national restrictions end. However this will be kept under review as government guidance changes.
We hope to find you well, and eagerly anticipating the return to normal life, just as we are. With the health of our staff, our clients and our community at the forefront of every decision, plans are now underway to reopen Diamond Palace and return to what we love doing the most.
At Diamond Palace, we have always prided ourselves on our unparalleled customer care and support. We know the importance of your purchase, and this is why meeting with you individually is an integral part of the service we provide.
Are you still able to produce orders placed online?
We are still able to process orders remotely online, over video zoom meetings, on the phone or via email. Please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to help. At present we are not experiencing any major delays and are aiming to deliver all on time. You will be contacted before items are sent to you.
I have an order ready at your stores, can I collect it?
Our stores will be closed from the 24th December. If you wish to receive your order please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and this will be arranged.
How secure is your delivery service?
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed as advised by our insurance company for UK deliveries. The service is fully tracked, insured and generally arrives the day after posting. Due to current circumstances, Royal Mail will not require your signature on arrival, but the recipient’s name and confirmation of delivery can still be viewed via the tracking page. We label packages with “Fragile” & “Do not leave with neighbour”.
What if my ring needs resizing?
We offer a complimentary resizing service to all our customers. We will be able to take an accurate recording of your ring size once we reopen. In the meantime, if the ring is loose on your finger, please avoid wearing it out of the house.
We're here to answer any queries you have, and whilst our phone lines and inbox are busier than usual, we're pooling extra resources to ensure our Customer Care team are able to get back to you as soon as possible.
