Diamond Palace Jewellers is proud to offer a Blue Light Discount as a gesture of appreciation to eligible members of the emergency services and related professions.

The following terms apply:

1. Eligibility

The Blue Light Discount is available to:

  • Registered Blue Light Card holders

  • NHS staff

  • Emergency services personnel (Police, Fire, Ambulance)

  • Armed Forces personnel

  • Eligible public sector workers

Valid photographic ID or Blue Light Card must be presented at the time of purchase.

The discount is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible individual.

2. Discount Structure

  • The discount is set at 10%

  • Applies to full-priced items only

  • Cannot be combined with any other promotion, sale, package deal, finance offer, or negotiated discount

  • Not applicable to repair services, valuations, resizing fees, insurance claims, or third-party sourced items unless otherwise stated

Diamond Palace reserves the right to determine final eligibility of products at point of sale.

3. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

For bespoke or custom-made pieces:

  • The discount applies to the final agreed quotation only

  • All bespoke items require a deposit to proceed

  • Standard bespoke terms apply, including no returns once production has commenced

4. Exclusions

The Blue Light Discount does not apply to:

  • Special promotional items

  • Flash sales or limited-time offers

  • Pre-owned jewellery

  • Items already reduced or discounted

  • Gift vouchers

  • Loose diamonds unless expressly agreed in writing

Diamond Palace reserves the right to amend exclusions at any time.

5. Verification

Diamond Palace may request:

  • Blue Light Card verification

  • Employer identification

  • Additional proof of eligibility if required

Failure to provide valid verification will result in removal of the discount.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

Where a refund is issued on an item purchased using the Blue Light Discount:

  • The refund will reflect the discounted purchase price

  • The Blue Light benefit cannot be carried forward to future transactions

Standard Diamond Palace returns and exchange policies apply.

7. Misuse of Offer

Any misuse, fraudulent representation, or sharing of the offer with ineligible individuals may result in:

  • Cancellation of the transaction

  • Withdrawal of the offer

  • Refusal of future discount eligibility

8. Changes to Terms

Diamond Palace reserves the right to:

  • Amend or withdraw the Blue Light Discount at any time

  • Modify percentage discounts

  • Update these terms without prior notice

9. Discretion

All Blue Light Discount applications are offered at the discretion of Diamond Palace Jewellers management.
