Once your order is finalised, we will reach out to confirm whether you’d like to collect your jewellery from Diamond Palace or if you’d prefer us to arrange delivery.

If you choose delivery, please note that a signature will be required upon receipt. It’s important to ensure that either you or a designated person is present to sign for it. We will keep you informed and provide a heads-up on the delivery day to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Delivery FAQs

How long does delivery take?
For engagement rings that are In-Stock and displayed on our website, shipping can be arranged immediately (unless additional work like resizing is needed). For bespoke orders, crafting typically takes 4 weeks, and we will confirm the exact timeline upon ordering. However, some rings can be created in a shorter time frame if needed.

All ready-made rings can be resized to your desired finger size complimentary. Resizing takes around 5 days. If you're in need of a resize or repair, please email hello@diamondpalace.co.uk

Returns

You have 1 week (7 days) from the date of delivery to return your ready-made engagement ring. We reserve the right to reject the return or deduct any amount for any damages on the ring if it is not in acceptable condition upon return. Any customisations or resizing to the ring results in it becoming final sale.

Warranty

Diamond Palace offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bespoke pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty.
