Lead Time

Each ring is made-to-order just for you. Please allow 4-6 weeks from initial consultation to complete and delivery of your ring. To confirm lead time on each special item please email us at hello@diamondpalace.co.uk

Shipping

All rings include overnight fully insured shipping. Once your ring is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Signature is required upon delivery. For more information on shipping click here.

Warranty

Diamond Palace offers a complimentary lifetime warranty on all Bespoke pieces. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or loose prongs, and missing pavé stones. The warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by warranty. 

 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your ready-made engagement ring. We reserve the right to reject the return or deduct any amount for any damages on the ring if it is not in acceptable condition upon return. Any customisations or resizing to the ring results in it becoming final sale. Please see our returns policy here.
